Custom Log Post and Beam Home

This 1200 sqft main floor plan custom built home is a show stopper. The design incorporates a rustic look and a modern feel with wood post and beams and drywall panel walls infill. The open concept but cozy feel is unique and beautiful.

Custom Barn

This Barn features a early 20th century looking door but has many modern amenities in the build. From maintenance free tin siding, to a grade beam style foundation design to accommodate the uneven ground it brings the old barn feel to a modern world.

Detached Garage

This 830 sqft detached garage on a cottage property was completed extremly quickly showing how our crews can work underpressure and complete builds under severe time restraints. This build was completed start to finish in just 4 buisness days. We are happy to have built a great, hardworking, respectful crew over the years of operation.

HVR Construction has been in operation since the spring of 2015. We strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction and work quality possible. Lee Ganzert the owner / president has been a red seal journeyperson since the beginning of 2010 and has experience in construction and management for over 17 years. We have many years of constuction experience. With the finest builders as our site supervisors, and the most respectful hardworking labor force available, we have assembled a team of employees to compliment the skill and drive needed to be a successful construction buisness. We pride ourselves in giving back to the industry anyway we can and try t keep a minimum of two carpentry apprentices on staff at all times. We feel like the industry need to move forward by training skilled carpenters and building the best possible buildings available.

ICF foundation for a large 2004 sqft home and 1048 sqft garage. HVR Construction has the experience for any type of build to complete your project. From ICF foundations to interior finishing we can provide a complete build or partial build that suits your needs.

We have experience in metal, wood, and concrete buildings for your residential, commercial, or farm building needs. From wood garden sheds to 17000 sqft wood buildings we have amassed years of experience in custom wood framing and pole structures. We have completed large homes with ICF foundation and walls to bring your building envelope to the highest level possible and keep you warm for as little of heat input possible. We are experienced in large metal commercial buildings placed on grade beams and pilaster foundations.

Safety and Renovations

Safety is our highest priority. We strive to keep zero incident job sites. From training to constant record keeping we have built a impressive safety profile. We use the safest equipment and work procedures possible, from different work practices eg. constructing roofs on the ground and hoisting, to proper techniques and equipment to ensure there are no injuries on the workplace. We are starting to push for the core program in the company to prove and open our opportunities in the Saskatchewan construction industry.

Renovations are a large part of our business and we plan on continuing to complete renos on time and on budget. From changing doors and paint, to whole basement renovations, or large home additions we love to keep Saskatchewan homes and businesses up to date with interior design. Some renovations can be stressful and hectic due to living or working through the build. We understand the stresses and try our best to keep it moving along as quickly and clean as possible. From different phases of construction to air proof hoarding we do our best to keep the customer satisfied and operating during the whole reno process.
